Sandal Club is an exclusive community of investors who have partnered with Ms. Sandal Spring by investing in white sandalwood plantations through land ownership. This club offers premium privileges, curated eco-experiences, and exclusive access to our eco-luxury resort.

1. Membership Validity

• Each Sandal Club membership is valid for 10 years from the date of issue.

• Membership is linked to the registered landholder only and is non-transferable.

2. Access and Privileges

General Member Benefits

• Free entry to the resort for the registered member as per tier limit.

• Guests accompanying the member receive 10% off on all services.

• Registered members enjoy 20% discount on all paid services at Sandal Spring.

• Complimentary breakfast is included with every stay.

• Advance booking is required and subject to availability.

3. Membership Tiers

Silver

Land Holding (sqft) Up to 1,999 sqft

Free Entries / Year-3

Booking Rules- Max 2 guests per visit, or 1 person up to 3 times

Gold

Land Holding (sqft) - 2,000–4,999 sqft

Free Entries / Year-8

Booking Rules- Max 3 guests per visit, or 1 person up to 8 times

Platinum

5,000–9,999 sqft

Free Entries / Year- 12

Booking Rules- Max 4 guests per visit, or 1 person up to 12 times

Honorary

Land Holding (sqft) -10,000+ sqft

Free Entries / Year- 16

VIP privileges may apply

• Note: Above 4 members per visit are charged at regular guest rates.

• Additional stays beyond the free entry limit will be charged at discounted member rates.

4. Booking & Usage Guidelines

• Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance via the official Sandal Spring portal or helpline.

• Membership cannot be used for commercial bookings or third-party reservations.

• Unused free entries in a year do not carry over to the next year.

• All guests must present valid ID at the time of check-in.

5. Code of Conduct

• Members and their guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the eco-resort’s policies.

• Misuse of membership or violation of resort rules may lead to suspension or cancellation of benefits.

6. Modification and Termination

• Ms. Sandal Spring reserves the right to amend membership policies with prior notice.

• Membership may be suspended or revoked in cases of misuse, fraud, or misconduct.
